Sabina Karpierz brings more than two decades of hospitality experience and a proven record of leadership to her role at The Manhattan Club. Prior to joining the organization in 2007, Sabina built a strong foundation with Amsterdam Hospitality Group, where she worked from 1999 to 2007 and steadily advanced to the position of Front Desk Manager.
In 2007, Sabina continued her career at The Manhattan Club as Assistant Front Office Manager. Her dedication and operational expertise quickly led to a series of promotions, including Front Office Manager in 2008 and Assistant Director of Front Office Operations in 2009. In recognition of her exceptional leadership and commitment to service excellence, Sabina was promoted to Director of Front Office Operations in 2023.
Sabina embodies a steadfast commitment to excellence and is known for her positive, supportive leadership style. In her current role, she consistently ensures the delivery of top-notch service and an outstanding guest experience at The Manhattan Club.
