Mr. Wirshba’s education at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst introduced him to the art and science of the Hospitality Industry via his degree in Hospitality Management. Upon graduation, he was recruited by the Marriott Corporation. He was assigned to two Marriott premier urban properties. First, New York City Essex House on Central Park South in Project Management and then assigned to the opening team of the Times Square Marriott Marquis, the property acknowledged as responsible for the rejuvenation of legendary Times Square in New York City. Upon accomplishing that assignment, he was promoted to Director of Services at the Westchester Marriott. Mr. Wirshba subsequently was recruited by Doral Hotels and Resorts as Corporate Human Resources Manager. He was then promoted to Director of Human Resources for all New York City properties. The Trump Organization recruited Mr. Wirshba as Director of Human Resources at world famous Plaza Hotel. In 1995, Mr. Wirshba accepted the position of Director Human Resources for both the Park Central Hotel and The Manhattan Club; the latter would develop and evolve into the first urban Timeshare in New York City. In 2001, Mr. Wirshba was appointed to the General Manager / Managing Director of The Manhattan Club. His tenure included Board of Director positions since 2001 and served as President from 2014 through 2025 of both The Manhattan Club Timeshare Association and the Park Central Condominium.
