The 2011 Owners’ Referral Program continues the tradition of awarding Owners cash, gift and travel rewards for introducing friends, family and associates to The Manhattan Club. The information contained here provides you with all the exciting details of the 2011 Owners’ Referral Program, how it works and how you can get a fast start at earning cash and other great rewards. Having trouble knowing just whom to refer? Potential referrals cross your path every day. It could be your doctors, storekeepers, accountants, teachers, trainers, and many others with whom you converse.  2011 Manhattan Club Owners’ Referral Program

January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011

  1. Speak to friends and associates that you know love New York City as much as you do and whom you feel may enjoy a home away from home in midtown Manhattan with quick and easy access to all of the City’s finest attractions, or who just love to travel.

  2. Use the Guest Preview invitation brochures provided in this package to invite them to take a Manhattan Club Preview Getaway. Additional Guest Preview Invitations are available by calling 888-692-5822 or, refer guests online here.

  3. Make sure that your referred guests book their preview getaway through the Referral Department so that you receive proper credit.

 

 

 

 

The 2011 Referral Program is divided into 12 monthly periods. Each month,Owners can earn cash, gifts and travel rewards as outlined here.

 

All cash awardees and monthly reward winners will be notified in writing in the month following the month in which the reward is earned.

 

 

Each month every owner with one or more referral sales during that month will receive one entry for each referral sale for that month’s reward drawing. For monthly drawings all referral sales count as one sale. For the purpose of Cash Rewards, however, Cash Rewards earned as a result of a full referral sale will be awarded in the amount of $500,Cash Rewards earned as a result of a biennial referral sale will be awarded in the amount of $250,Cash Rewards earned as a result of a triennial sale will be awarded in the amount of $166 and Cash Rewards earned as a result of a quadrennial referral sale will be awarded in the amount of $125. You may choose to receive Cash Rewards as Visa Gift Cards or checks. Or, recipient may choose to apply Cash Rewards towards payment of maintenance fees. Monthly Reward Drawing winners will receive the reward designated for the month in which the reward is earned. Each of the twelve (12) Monthly Drawing winners will be drawn randomly. Chances of winning depend upon the number of qualified entries. Monthly Rewards must be redeemed within sixty (60) days of the date the winner is notified. All referral rewards are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed unless at Sponsor’s discretion. Rewards that are not redeemed within the prescribed time period will be forfeited. Resort accommodations, other than The Manhattan Club, are subject to availability. Maximum value of each monthly reward is approximately $500. Each referral sale will count towards the quarter in which the sale is completed. Monthly Drawing winners will be notified within fourteen business days of the close of the month. Visa Gift Cards, tickets and other prize certificates awarded under the Referral Program are not replaceable if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
