All guests must attend a 90-minute tour and timeshare sales presentation of The Manhattan Club. If married, cohabiting or engaged, both parties must attend the full presentation together to qualify for this reduced rate and gift. Failure to attend your personal Manhattan Club preview during your stay will result in a charge equal to the room's full rack rate. All preview reservation changes must be requested no later than 48 hours prior to your anticipated arrival date. Although no refunds are issued, we will waive the administrative fee to reschedule your reservation one time. You may reschedule two additional times for a $25 fee.
