Throughout 2010, every one of your referred guests who becomes an owner at The Manhattan Club earns you Cash Awards, to spend in any way you like including payment of maintenance fees.  Earn up to $500 for each one of your referred guests who becomes an owner at The Manhattan Club. There is no limit to the number of credits you can earn. Cash Awards can add up quickly and can provide you with great savings.

  For both maintenance credits and quarterly rewards, biennial sales count as half a sale, triennial sales count as a third of sale and quadrennial sales count as one fourth of a sale. Cash awards earned as a result of a biennial referral sale will be awarded in an amount equal to 50% of the corresponding amount. Cash Awards earned as a result of a triennial referral sale will be awarded in an amount equal to 33.3% of the corresponding amount. Cash Awards earned as a result of a quadrennial referral sale will be awarded in an amount equal to 25% of the corresponding amount. Cash Awards are issued in the form of a VISA gift card, check or can be applied directly to our maintenance fees. Quarterly reward winners will receive their choice of two tickets to a Broadway show plus $200 cash, $500Visa Gift Card or a $500 donation to their favorite charity. In addition to having the highest number of referral sales within a calendar quarter, a minimum of two (2) referral sales is required to qualify for a quarterly reward. The Holiday Vacation lottery drawing will be held at random at the close of the year and winner will be awarded four (4) nights accommodations in a Manhattan Club Penthouse Suite plus $1 ,000 cash to spend while in New York City. The winner may choose the Thanksgiving Vacation Package (11/23/11-11/26/11), the Christmas Vacation Package (12/22/11-12125/11) or the New Year's Vacation Package (12/29/11-1/01/12). Chances of winning depend upon the number of qualified entries. All referral awards are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed unless at Sponsor's discretion. All requests to redeem quarterly prizes must be made with no less than 30-day advance notice. All rewards must be redeemed within 12 months of reward notification. Holiday Vacation Lottery prize package must be used on the dates listed herein for the specific package chosen. Rewards that are not redeemed within the prescribed time period will be forfeited. Broadway tickets are subject to availability and will not be purchased above face value. Maximum value of each quarterly reward is approximately $500. Maximum value of the Holiday Vacation Lottery prize is approximately $3355. Each referral sale will count towards the quarter in which the sale is completed. Quarterly winners will be notified within two weeks of the close of the quarter. The Holiday Vacation Lottery winner will be notified within three weeks of the end of the year. Visa Gift Cards and theater tickets awarded under this program are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
