Tenth Anniversary
In mid 1997 The Manhattan Club opened its doors for the first owners, many of whom had purchased sight unseen to take occupancy of Phase One suites. Continued public interest and constant sales over the years have necessitated the expansion of the property from its original 65 suites to 265.
After ten years, we continue to take pride in high owner satisfaction. Owner satisfaction is obvious by the number of owners who, over the years, have increased the amount of time they own and the number of owners who chose to upgrade to penthouse suites upon their introduction. Aside from the popularity of our products, our success is due, in large part, to staff members, many of whom have been with us from the start and who continue to uphold the highest standards for friendly service.

| 2007 Refurbishing & Enhancement Project
The Manhattan Club continues to be strongly committed to an on-going quality assurance campaign that helps ensure our first-class quality and our status within the industry. Continuous refurbishing and enhancements ensure that The Manhattan Club retains its well kept condition for the satisfaction of our Owners and Guests. Currently, we are in the midst of an in-depth refurbishing process that will affect all suites on floors 12-25 as well as the Business Center and Fitness Center. This project, already underway, includes the replacement of all televisions with 32" flat screen TVs, installation of new carpeting, upgrading of mattresses to new pillow-top mattresses, the addition of high-speed internet connectivity and WiFi and the reconditioning and reupholstering of all sofas.The Business Center will feature new computers and monitors plus, newly installed carpeting and seating. The Fitness Center has been refurbished and upgraded, and now contains an impressive assortment of workout equipment, allowing you to continue your fitness routine while away from home. New Metropolitan Suites
2007 marks the tenth anniversary of The Manhattan Club and we are celebrating this milestone with a metropolitan flair. At this time, we are pleased to announce plans for the construction of Phase 5, our final phase of construction. Phase 5 will consist of 35 Metropolitan Suites to be built on the second floor. These Suites will come on board in two stages, the first of which is already in the works.
The Metropolitan Suites will represent a totally new product type. Their design and layout is geared towards travelers who visit New York City regularly and seek private ownership at a very affordable price, while still being able to enjoy all our standard club amenities.
Sales of Metropolitan Suites have begun in order to provide savvy travelers such as you with a valuable way to benefit from favorable pre-construction pricing. To learn more about The Metropolitan Suites and the low, pre-construction prices currently in effect, we invite you to call.
Also, at this time, a limited number of full one-bedroom suites have become available and are being offered to owners on a first come, first served basis. 2007 Owners' Referral Program
The 2007 Owners' Referral Program is underway. Although totally new, the program continues to offer outstanding value and great rewards for both you, our Owners, and your referred guests. We have enhanced the program's features to offer you the greatest chance to earn valuable rewards. ADP Contracted for Annual Meetings
Starting effective 2007, the mailing of Notices of Annual Meetings of The Manhattan Club Timeshare Association and subsequent proxy forms will be administered by ADP Broker Services Group. ADP Broker Services Group is a global leader with over 60 years of combined experience in the management of payrolls, proxy processing, and financial services and, currently services more than 450,000 clients. They have been selected for their unrivaled expertise to ensure the continued efficiency and accuracy of this involved process.
ADP will communicate notices of meetings via email to those Manhattan Club Owners for whom we have an active email address. Unfortunately, those Owners for whom we do not have active emails will receive notices and proxy forms via postal mail sent to their address on file. Paper mailings and paper proxy forms will be tabulated manually adding time and expense to the process. Proxy forms will be made available on a customized web site to avoid the need for postal mailings.
A large number of Manhattan Club Owners travel away from home at various times of the year. The ability to send you important notifications via email better ensures that you will receive them without delay. To ensure that you receive important correspondence in the most efficient manner, please make sure that we have your active email address on file at all times.
